DEFINITIONS
“The Company” refers to Ultimate Limousines, its individual Partners and Employees.
“The Client” refers to the Organisation, Partnership, Individual or Company hiring the vehicle or the occupants the vehicle is hired on behalf of.
“The Vehicle” refers to the Limousine and all the contents, fixtures and fittings.
“Loss” refers to both material and financial losses.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
DEPOSITS – a deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid on booking by either credit card or cheque, whereupon The Company will issue a confirmation of your reservation. Under no circumstances can booking be accepted unless accompanied by the required deposit.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE - Full payment is due without any reminder from The Company. Bookings reserved by credit card will have that credit card deducted 21 days prior to travel date; bookings reserved by cheque must ensure the balance is received by The Company at least 28 days prior to the travel date. The Company reserves the right to treat as cancelled any booking not paid in full by the due date and to retain the deposit paid.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, which must be made in writing, the following conditions will be strictly applied, either by deduction or invoice:-
More than 28 days - Deposit
Within 28 days - 100% of total cost
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking if The Vehicle is un-usable for any reason. Any deposits or balances paid will be refunded. The Company will not be liable for any Loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person due to this cancellation.
If The Vehicle becomes un-driveable during the journey either through breakdown or accident, the Company will arrange alternative transport however this will not be of similar quality and multiple vehicles may be required. Refunds will not be given in this circumstance.
LIABILITY
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person through failure of The Vehicle to perform its journey or to depart or to arrive at the time requested or at all, or through any detention, delay, early running or want of punctuality.
CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
The Client must always be aware of the risks involved when moving around on a moving vehicle. The Company advises this is kept to a minimum.
Animals (other than registered Guide Dogs) are not permitted on The Vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted on The Vehicle.
At all times the safety of The Vehicle and The Clients is the driver's top priority. The driver may, at his discretion, alter the route, pick up point or destination if he feels it will put The Client or The Vehicle at risk. This includes, but is not limited to, speeding, illegal turns, ignoring weight and width restrictions, using roads whereby vegetation may damage The Vehicle.
PASSPORTS
For any European journeys, The Client is responsible for ensuring all occupants (except those employed by The Company) have the correct passports. The Company cannot be held liable for any Loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person through failure to have the correct passport.
DAMAGES
The Company reserves the right to expect reimbursement from The Client for any damage caused by The Client to The Vehicle. In certain circumstances, The Company may request an additional deposit to be held by The Company to cover any such damage, but such deposit does not limit The Clients liability.
