EBUC 2024 Cancellation And WBUC 2025 Update

EBUC 2024

Today we received an update from WFDF that their Events team, in consultation and agreement with the LOC and with approval by the WFDF Executive committee has decided to cancel all planning for the WFDF 2024 European Beach Ultimate Championships.

The event was forecast to take place in Valencia Spain in November this year. 

A few major challenges were contributing factors that led up to this decision, including a lack of signed up teams and feedback regarding the already congested nature of the calendar which was impacting on teams ability to attend.

Considering the above, amongst other factors the EBUC 2024 event has been cancelled.

WBUC 2025

WFDF also announced that WBUC 2025 host-bid reviews are underway and they expect to announce a host and date in the near future. They have also confirmed that the event will take place in 2025 in Europe.
