Teaching Ultimate skills: laying strong foundations

Coach Forums are free for all UKU members. They are an opportunity for coaches, players and leaders to learn and improve their understanding of Ultimate to help teach others. The next forum will provide a space to talk about how to develop strong skill-based foundations focusing on the fundamental skills of the game - it will be a great chance to talk to others about anything you’d like help with, whether that’s how to teach good forehand mechanics or how to improve your team’s catching consistency.

Forums are held online and are designed to be an informal and friendly environment.
