This the big Mixed Tour event of the season and will be held at The Pavilion on Moor Lane in Birmingham.

Rosters:
All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on the system BEFORE Saturday morning of the event. Any issues, please email admin@ukultimate.com.

All players must have up-to-date full membership for the event

The team fee at the point of entry is £150. There will be a £15 player fee collected closer to the event.

NO DOGS - please tell all friends and family planning to come along and watch that dogs are NOT permitted on site at the fields.
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices, sign off on your roster & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the pavilion. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
CAR PARKING - There will be plenty of parking on site. Please park responsibly.
WATER - Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. We recommend that players bring at least two 1 litre water bottles with them.
CAMPING - There will be camping available on-site for this event.

Free camping is available onsite for both Friday (from 7pm) and Saturday nights.
Access to the campsite on Friday night will be via the gate closest to the main building.
Please note the campsite rules:
No cooking of any kind allowed on site
No fires allowed
No smoking allowed
Pitch your tent in the marked areas
Walkways should be left clear so people can navigate through the campsite
Please ensure you put any rubbish in the bins provided
Be considerate of others who may be trying to sleep nearby
Any belongings left in the campsite area is at the risk of the owner and both the venue and UKU take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any items.
ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps between the pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / Fitbit, etc - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

Before further information is announced teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 9:00-18:00 on Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sunday.
