This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

    • All players must have UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend - please ensure everyone has their student ID card with them. Full details on requirements for roster/eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.

    • Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.

    • Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.

    • It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

  • Please look out for UKU Event Announcements and UKU Newsletters for event open announcement and entry deadlines.

Entry is through our JustGo website. If you're new to JustGo (or maybe just not used it in a while) you can use our event entry guidance here.

  • Venue: Dundee RPC, Mains Loan, Dundee DD4 9BX

    Surface: Rubbercrumb

Parking: There is plenty of parking on site. If the main car park is very busy please note there are spaces available in car park 2 (next to the athletics track) and in the overflow car park, along with other car parks in the wider park. Please use the overflow parking areas.

    Timing: SATURDAY ONLY 13:00 - 21:00

On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

Other info: No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended.

There are important requirements about keeping bags at the edge of the room, and staying in certain areas when not directly involved in games. This is about maintaining the field in good condition, which affects the venue’s FIFA rating. Please respect these rules.

This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing to avoid tripping over them.

Drinking water fountains are now working again (unlike last year).

We are not expecting food & drink to be on sale on site although there are vending machines, and there might be a simple tuck shop selling tea/coffee/snacks and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

  • Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.

First aid will be provided by the venue staff, see reception.

  • A submit spirit score button will be added to the top of this page closer to the event.

Please ensure to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.
