Club Open and Women’s Indoor Nationals (COWIQ) 2023 will be held on this weekend at the Cranford Super Dome.

  • Entry details:

    Entry is done through our JustGo website. If you're new to JustGo (or maybe just not used it in a while) you can use our event entry guidance here. There will be a button at the top of this page when entries are open.

    Eligibility:

    Teams qualify for this event from regional COIQ / CWIQ events held throughout December and January.

    • All players must have UKU Membership and must be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO.

    • Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the sidelines. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines.

    • Please be respectful of other venue users and ensure all rubbish is put in a bin or taken home with you.

    • Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.

    • It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

    Venue: Cranford Superdome, Cranford Community College, High St, Hounslow TW5 9PD

    Surface: Rubbercrumb

    Directions: The venue is best accessed from the M4 Eastbound/Westbound. Exit the M4 at J3, taking the exit onto the A312 (The Parkway) heading south at the roundabout. Take the first left onto High Street. Continue on High Street through 1 roundabout. Cranford Community College is on your left.

    Parking: If travelling by car or minibus, please use the car park to the north of the buildings. There is free car parking, but this is sometimes very busy so please give yourself enough time.

    Timing: Saturday 13:00-20:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00.

    On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

    Other info: No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended.

    This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing to avoid tripping over them.

    There is no food available on site and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

  • Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.

    Tournament staff will have basic First Aid.

    For serious incidents, the nearest A&E units open to all are:

    Hillingdon Hospital, UB8 3NN

    and

    West Middlesex University Hospital, TW7 6AF

    Or call 999 for an ambulance.

  • Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the buttons at the top of this page).

    You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.

    Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
